Access Student Records | Request a Transcript
If you are a former NCC student and need access to your records, you'll need to set up a temporary account to do any of the following:
Note: If you haven’t attended NCC in the last 2 years, you’re considered a former student.
- Check your Unofficial Transcript
- Request an Official Transcript
- Verify Enrollment
- See any Holds
- Apply for Graduation
- View your Graduation Application
- Access your 1098T form
- Pay your Bill
Get started Setting Up Your Account:
Please have the following information ready; it will be verified against our records from your time as a student:
- Last Name
- Zip Code (use the one from when you attended NCC)
- Last four digits of your Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Personal Email Address (not @students.ncc.edu)
Now that you’re ready:
After you've entered all that, select “Next.”
You'll get a message saying your info has been verified.
Hint: Make sure you write down your User ID—you'll need it to log in.
Complete Your Profile:
On the next page enter this info:
- Your First Name
- Personal Email Address (again, not @students.ncc.edu)
- Verify your email address
- Select "Continue."
You’re Done!
Look out for two emails sent to your inbox: one with your User ID and another with your password.
Once you've got them, you can log into the MyNCC Portal. Note your temporary account is valid 14 days.
Request an Official Transcript Only
If you only need to order an official transcript with out accessing your other student records: go directly to Parchment.com to Set up an account and order your Official Transcript.
