Using Copy Functions on Pharos Secure Printers
You will need to sign into the Pharos Secure Printers to use copy functions - this is the same process for printing and scanning functions.
Important: Be for you can copy from any Pharos Secure Printer you must complete the Pharos Secure Print - First Time Registration.
The process is slightly different between Toshiba and HP Devices.
HP Multi-Function Printers
1. Sign into the HP Pharos Secure Printer using your NCC ID Card or passcode.
2. Touch the "More Device Functions" button from the home screen.

3. Touch the "Copy" button.

4. On the Copy Menu set the basic options for your copy job.
Hint: For advanced Copy Options, touch the "Options" button and make your selections

5. Touch the "Copy" button to start your copy job.
Toshiba Multi-Function Printers
1. Sign into the Toshiba Pharos Secure Printer using your NCC ID Card or passcode.
2. Touch the "More Device Functions" button from the home screen.

3. Touch the "Simple Copy" button

4. On the Simple Copy Menu set the basic options for your copy job
Hint: For advanced Copy Options, touch the "Copy Mode" button and make your selections

5. Touch the Green "Start" button on the screen OR the Green Start button on the panel to start your copy job.
