Clear Your Browser Cache

Overview

A browser cache stores temporary files from websites to improve loading times. Occasionally, cached data can become outdated or corrupted, causing websites or applications to load incorrectly.

If you are experiencing issues such as:

  • Pages not loading correctly
  • Missing information or images
  • Login problems
  • Unexpected website behavior

try clearing your browser cache and cookies using the instructions below.



Microsoft Edge

Step 1

Click the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner of the browser window.

Step 2

Select Delete browsing data

Step 3

Scroll down to Clear browsing data and select Choose what to clear.

 

Step 4

Configure the following options:

  • Time range: Select All time
  • Check the following items:
    • Browsing history
    • Download history
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files

Step 6

Click Clear now.

Google Chrome

Step 1

Click the three dots (...) in the upper-right corner of the browser window.

 

Step 2

Select Delete browsing data.

 

 

Step 3

Configure the following options:

  • Time range: Select All time

 

Step 4

Click Delete from this Device

Safari (macOS)

Step 1

Open Safari and select Safari 

Step 2

Select Settings

Safari Step 1 & 2

 

Step 3

Select Privacy

Step 4

Select Manage Website Data

 

Step 5

Select one or more websites Select Remove or Remove All.

 

Step 6

Select Remove Now

Additional Tips

  • Close and reopen your browser after clearing the cache.
  • If the issue persists, restart your computer.
  • You may need to sign back into websites after clearing cookies and site data.
