How to Create an Account in Ellucian Customer Center/Support Site

Before you begin

To confirm that you have a Customer Center account, go to Create Your Ellucian Account. If you have already registered with that email address, you will receive a message that the record was found. Or you can submit a case by sending an email to csenablement@ellucian.com and Ellucian can verify the account.

Steps

  1. Go to Ellucian ServiceNow Support
  2. Click Customer Login.
  3. Click Sign up for an account.
  4. Enter the email address provided to you by your institution and complete the CAPTCHA requirements.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. A registration email generates from no-reply@okta.com. Ensure you are not blocking this email address or domain, or that the email is not in your spam folder.
  7. When you receive the registration email, confirm your registration, and set your password.
