Resetting a Pharos Secure Print Passcode / Register a Replacement NCC ID Card
Reset your Pharos Secure Print Passcode
If you lose your Pharos Secure Print Passcode it is easy to obtain a new Passcode. Hint: your existing NCC ID card will continue to work!
1. Click the Pharos Print application in your system tray

2. Click the Menu icon in the top right of the Pharos Print application. Then click "Reset Passcode."

3. On the "Welcome to Pharos Print" screen, select "Login to Continue."

4. A browser window will open and indicate that you have successfully authenticated. Your new passcode will be displayed in the Pharos application.

Important: You may not be prompted to login. If you are, log into your NCC account.
Hint: Your new passcode will also be emailed to you. Save this email and do not share the passcode with anyone else.
Important: Your existing NCC ID card will continue to work - you do not need to re-register your card.

Linking your Replacement NCC ID Card to Pharos
If you receive a replacement NCC ID Card, you will need to re-register the card with Pharos. You do not need to reset your passcode to register your replacement NCC ID.
Important: You will need to know your Pharos passcode to link your replacement ID. If you do not know your Pharos passcode, follow the steps to reset it.
1. Touch your replacement NCC ID card to the Pharos Secure Printer.
2. Pharos will recognize this as an unregistered NCC ID Card and prompt you to enter your passcode

3. Touch the box labeled “Passcode” and use the on-screen keyboard to enter your passcode,then touch “OK.”

4. Touch “Register” to complete the process.

5. You can now use your replacement NCC ID Card at any Pharos Secure Printer.
