Summary
This guide explains how to print using the Manual Feed/Bypass tray on a Toshiba multifunction printer.
Resolution:

Prepare your document, then choose File > Print.

In the Print Preview dialog, confirm “Pharos Secure Printer” is selected, then open Printer Properties.

In Printer Properties, change Paper Source from “Automatically Select” to “Manual Feed.” Then Select "OK"

Send the job by clicking Print.
Follow the directions below for HP or Toshiba devices
HP Printer

Log into the HP Pharos Secure Printer with your ID card or passcode.

Release your job(s) by selecting Print All or review and choose individual jobs via Review Documents.

There will be a RED circle symbol in the top left. Touch the symbol

The printer will direct you to load the paper in the bypass tray located on the side of the printer. Load the paper face up/face down as per the symbol on the bypass tray.

Load the paper and touch the OK button.

Your document will now print from the bypass tray.

Toshiba Printers

Log into the Toshiba Pharos Secure Printer with your ID card or passcode.

Release your job(s) by selecting Print All or review and choose individual jobs via Review Documents.

To select the Manual Feed/Bypass tray on the device, tap More Device Functions at the bottom right of the touchscreen.

Tap the flashing yellow “i” (information) in the upper-right corner to view the 3D layout of the printer and available trays. If the Bypass tray is not highlighted, tap it to select it.

Make sure the media (paper, labels, etc.) is loaded in the bypass tray in the orientation indicated on the tray.

When ready, press the physical blue Print button on the lower right of the control panel to release the job(s).
