The Data Recovery service provides assistance in recovering lost or deleted data from various sources on campus. This service is only offered form campus owned devices and covers:
- Recovery of files from network share drives / fileshares
- Retrieval of data from OneDrive accounts
- Assistance with recovering locally stored files on campus-owned devices
Our IT team will work diligently to recover your important data using specialized tools and techniques. We can help with situations involving accidental deletion, hardware failure, or other data loss scenarios.
Important: While we make every effort to recover locally stored files, recovery is not guaranteed due to various factors that can affect data integrity and accessibility.
