Former Student Support

Overview

The Former Student Access service is primarily a self-service option designed to help alumni access their academic records and important information.  Note: If you haven’t attended NCC in the last 1 academic year, you’re considered a former student.

This service provides minimal additional support only when the self-service options have been exhausted and the former student still encounters issues.

Important: Review the Knowledge Base article: Former Student Information for detailed instructions on accessing records and transcripts.

Request an Official Transcript Only

If you only need to order an official transcript without accessing your other student records: go directly to Parchment.com to Set up an account and order your Official Transcript.
