Service Description
Students may need an extension for accessing their Brightspace course due to unforeseen circumstances, such as health issues, family emergencies, or technical difficulties. An incomplete grade may have been assigned to allow students additional time to complete course requirements. Extending access to the course ensures that students have the necessary resources and support to successfully complete their coursework and fulfill the requirements for the incomplete grade.
The Brightspace Course Access Extension Request Form allows faculty to request an extension for access to their Brightspace course beyond the official semester end date for students who receive an incomplete grade.
*Please note that incomplete requests will be processed eight days after the official semester end date.
