Service Description
Brightspace is a user-friendly learning management system (LMS) that supports online teaching and learning with tools for course management, content creation, communication, assessment, and analytics.
Brightspace is used for the following course modalities.
- Asynchronous Online (ASYN)
- Synchronous (SYNC)
- Combined Online (CMBD)
- Hybrid (HYB)
- Blended (BLND)
- Face-to-Face (TRA)
This service provides support for faculty, and staff experiencing issues or needing assistance with Brightspace, the college’s learning management system (LMS). Requestors can use this service to report problems, ask questions, or request help related to course access, content setup, tool functionality, and other features within Brightspace. Support is available for all instructional modalities, including online, hybrid, and face-to-face courses.
